Pop Pilates Class

Pop Pilates is a “Dance on the Mat!” Classical Pilates exercises paired with music. It always consists of a warm up, a full body workout, and cool down with stretching at the end. It’s a challenging work out but designed for everyone, even someone who’s never taken Pilates before. Regular class passes.
