We will begin with a short info session on the anatomy of the hips and their role in carrying you through your run. Then, learn a short warm up and cool down that you can add to your running routine.
We will end with a runner themed flow that focuses on mobility and strength in the areas runners need most.
Not a runner? No worries! This class is great for anyone with hips!
